Forging the Path to the Conceptualize an Ideal Trading App

The client wanted to cognize the digital trading and investment trends in tier 3 cities of India and the key factors driving these decisions. This necessitated understanding the users' current investment and digital trading journeys, identifying their challenges, and uncovering their expectations. The ultimate objective was to create a tailored app that aligns with the needs and preferences of the target users.

Approach

UCC approached the study by first identifying the target audience, which was followed by organizing interactions and conducting in-depth interviews with diverse investor and trader groups. This allowed us to map their journey from making investment decisions to selecting digital platforms effectively.

Impact

Our research findings illuminated the current investment behaviors of users, allowing us to discern their needs, pain points, and expectations regarding an ideal trading app. Furthermore, it unveiled the primary obstacles that impact users' investment and trading decisions within a digital platform. This revelation empowered the client to outline the framework necessary for seizing the target market effectively.
